    • Right now I feel as if I’m mentoring women in my work. I’m a medical assistant in our campus health center. Many of our students come in for physical exams as well as for their vaccinations. I chat with them about school, their future, safety in their relationships and their reproductive health.

I’m also a student and seems as if the younger girls gravitate to me in class for help with their study habits and also their nutrition. They see me bringing fruits and lean proteins for my snacks and also see how healthy I am at 50 years old.

    • I would love to mentor women in the areas of relationships and parenting.

    • I would have to say eating disorders. I have been through it myself and am now dealing with a daughter that is going through it. There are not enough people where we live that are specialized in that type of counceling. I would open an in-patient facility, if I had the money!

    • My mentorship program would be in the areas of womanhood, parenting, basic academics and basic finances.

I have mentored student teachers in the past.

    • Well I have mentored in the past. Mainly stylists and how to build their business. Since it’s what I know and I’m good at it I would love to turn that into a full time career.
