    • It goes up about December 10 and comes down as soon after Christmas as I can get around to it.  When the kids were small, I’d leave it up till new year’s day.  Now my living room is tiny and I just want it out of the way by then.

    • I start decorating November 1st and I have to be completely done by Thanksgiving.  I still set a Thanksgiving looking table though.  I work like a dog for three weeks...getting the house ready for the holidays...and getting my food ready for Thanksgiving....then I enjoy the holiday season from Thanksgiving on.  My tree stays up from November until the day after Christmas.  It comes down immediately.  I hate to see it up after Christmas.  I am then ready to put everything away....clean up...re-organize...and get my house back into order.

    • Usually, I begin decorating my trees the day after Thanksgiving and have them stored again when I am least busy. Anytime after New Year’s Day, I put them away. I don’t rush Christmas ‘cuz I love this holiday!
