    • Faint.

and when I came to, I’d ask if that’s before or after taxes.

    • I would provide financial relief for anyone i could...and change my life very little.

When you think about it, a million dollars isn’t as much these days as it once was.  By relieving some loved ones of debt, i would hope they would feel some weight lifted from their shoulders.  Money worries affects sleep, health and happiness...not to mention all the wrinkles that worry brings on!

    • Great question! Sit down with hub and son, figure out what needs to be paid off, call my mom and sister and tell them a check is being sent to them...help out some other family members, donate to some organizations, especially MS and Cancer research and then finally buy a small car for myself.estatic

    • After I got over the shock, I’d pay off our debt, buy myself some new wheels,  and then set aside money for the kids’ college.  Got one daughter taking online classes and maybe the other two would be inclined to start if they knew I was paying for it.

    • Tulip you made me burst into laughter with your first answer, you are to funny.  I first would pay off my husband’s student loan, put aside my college funds for next year as I go back to school.  Pay off my son’s college and fund him for grad school. Relieve us of all our debt, invest, help my family members, pay forward some to a less fortunate single family, my church and cancer society.
As someone said a million donot go far as before but hey it sure will help me out big time.  I will continue to work because what I work for I would consider it gravy as I would have been debt free.  Goodness, to think of being debt free oh my.

    • Make my life handicap accessible and easier for me.

Then... save the abused and tortured animals.
      Then, help family and friends.

    • What would I do? I’m a greedy cuss, so I would ask before or after taxes, then I would deposit it until I make a plan as to what to do with it. A million isn’t very much so I would wind up donating some to the animal shelters, buy a house, furnish it, buy a car and take a well deserved trip.

    • I would pay off my debts, my daughters college debt, then help my parents and brothers. I would quit my 2 jobs, then do something I love, like volunteer in a animal shelter and nursing home.
