    • We are actually adding a real tree to the mix this year, but in the enclosed porch, since son and I have become allergic to certain types of trees...hub will probably decorate it too!

    • We have no thanksgiving traditions in our family.  I guess the tradition is that we have no traditions.  LOL!

Christmas, we have a ton of traditions.  Christmas eve church service, then supper, then opening gifts.  The past nine years it’s always been at my house.  This year we may change that and have it at the girls’ house since they have more room.

    • Thanksgiving Traditions:

      1.  We always form a family circle
clasping hands and have family prayer
      2. We always gather about 1:00
      3. We serve known favorite dishes
      4.  Male and female mix together: we love to toss out ideas, debate and discuss different viewpoints. Some others may  watch sports, children play.

      Christmas Traditions:

      1. all of the above
      2. open presents
      3. play games for prizes
      4. signature favor for each guest
      5. photos taken of family, friends throughtout our gathering

We always have a wonderful time together!heart
No changes are being made to our traditions at this moment in time!

An act of kindness is a gift given
