If a self empowerment an vision board coach was giving a free lecture at your local library what topic would you want them to cover...right before the holiday and right after.. I need help...LOL
I would think a discussion on new year goals and what you want to accomplish for the new year would be good. Learning to set paces in your life. Not over committing....taking care of yourself....learning to listen to others without thinking you have to solve their problems....

I like Mary’s suggestions. Also at this time of year so many get nostalgic to the point of depression so maybe something about how to overcome or minimize.
