    • The only thing I can think of is to go into the Net and google some local clinics or hospitals that specialize in that disorder, and have you heard of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio?..not sure if they specialize, but maybe they have information.  I knew of a woman that had bi-polar disorder and she had the classic signs of manic depression on top of that...don’t know all the details, but sadly she passed away a few years ago.  It is a troubling illness to live with.  I will say a prayer for your neighbor.

    • Local clinics and hospitals in my area are pathetic.  They are where old people go to die, that’s why I was asking a nation wide group of people, because he’s not getting the help he needs around here.

    • Check the Cleveland Clinic and I think there is also one in Florida...my sister who has MS went to the Cleveland Clinic and they were helpful to her.  Is it possible for him to travel to get the help?  Does he have a GP he can at least turn to?  It must be tough living in rural or small areas when you need expanded medical help.  Let me know if you come up with anything.
