I GET BETTER AND BETTER EVERY YEAR - that is not meant in a conceited way but in a great way... I am proud of myself for working at being a better person for myself and to help and serve others as each year passes.
I’ve grown and grown, studied and read and got to a place where I now know what I do want in life and I don’t want
I am a stronger woman
I learned to love myself just the way I am while still growing and improving
I learned to accept support from others
I deal with change and controversy in a much better manner
I believe in the power of the group such as this.. I never would’ve before (this took until this year - I’m 47...LOL)
I accept full support from my friends and speak my entire truth
As Wayne Dyer says ” What other people think of me is none of my business“. LOL
Come on - brag a bit... how have you changed?
My biggest englightenment (& there have been many) has been: many things are not as big of a deal as I once thought they were.
I love being a woman more! My confidence level is solid, my self-awareness is high (not always active..lol), and being assertive is easier because the need for approval is lessened. Plus, having my first child at age 39, definitely exalted me as a woman. My forties were great; now, at almost 52, the fifties are even greater. Good health helps a lot.
The changes and enlightenments have been small and unnoticable, at least until I stop and really think about them.
Biggest one would be the ability to shrug off other people’s drama.
I would also have to list all those things Marion did as well.

Yes.. it’s not always easy to brush off others drama but it’s very necessary... LOL
I’ve become “healthier” after losing as of today 81.6 lbs in a year. I’m exercising more TOO..
