    • Sometimes at work my boss perceives me as a negative person when I bring up issues and concerns in the workplace. I’m really a shy, quiet person who tries to become a reformer when things are going wrong and wants management to be aware. My co-workers agree with the issues and I bring them up and voice possible solutions, but to him I’m in the wrong. So we just have to go with the flow...

    • When it comes to the workplace and depending on who your boss is; it is easy to be perceived as negative if you speak up, especially if you are the only one bringing up the concerns.  If your co-workers speak up as well, it might help.  Choose your battles and other battles you may need back up, lol.

    • Hi Monay,

Thanks for your comment. I do ask my co-workers for support, but they tell me why bother nothing is going to be done about it anyway. Sure I’m not the only one, others speak up about their concerns too. A good boss listens to his employees. We all want to be heard.

    • Yes! What do I do about it? "NOTHING!!!!!" I continue to hold my head up stick my chest out and walk on as I always do, I have no time to try and convince others who I really am. happy

    • Thank you Neicy! I will adhere to your advise. Actually management has already said so and so isn’t working - I just grin and bear it (wanting to say I told you so). worried
