    • Carine, dinner meals please- we can eat any kind of food. Protein-rich sounds good and low carb. We love meat/fish and veggies. No allergies.  We have simply developed a lifestyle of dining out/takeout.

    • For me I can fix a quick meal like this:

I buy the bags of individual vacuumed packed tilapia ...throw one or two per person on the grill or use a George Foreman grill.  Season it with lemon juice and some Dash seasoning.  Buy a bag of the Steamers...like broccoli...and a bag of Steamers “rice“.  You can throw those in the microwave.
Makes a great healthy quick meal.

I also buy the bag of frozen chicken tenderloins.  I’ll take out several tenderloins and cook them in olive oil on top of the stove...season them...and serve them with some quick steamer vegetables.  These are great when it’s just the two of you.

Also...Wildtree Products are a line of great products who order through a Wildtree rep. that have no artificial crap in them and they are designed to help you make cost effective meals with basic stuff in your pantry.  And the seasonings are great!! In fact I’m going to make something today with my Wildtree products.  Google:  Wildtree foods

Also...find me on facebook : Mary Ivey Clark
I post quick recipes on there all the time.

    • We like to make comfort food during the cold months...so a baked macaroni and cheese, with a low fat cheese and skim milk is a great carb option along with steamed veggies..do you have a steamer basket?  You can pick that up at any store..like Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Also, baked chicken with a squeeze of lemon, salt & pepper or a splash of bbq sauce, a tossed green salad and some potato wedges...very easy to make.

Slice 4 medium sized russet potatoes into wedges, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, sprinkle salt & pepper on the wedges and bake in a 450 degree oven until golden..my family goes crazy over these.

Do you have a crock-pot?  Check out some crock-pot recipes on-line..that is always an easy and fast put together meal option.estaticestatic
