    • I don’t have a favorite Valentine memory.  I have so many bad memories (starting in childhood and moving on) associated with Valentine’s day.

I guess the best would be the first year Hubby and I were together, he brought me home a dozen tulips because he knows they‘re my favorite.  LOL!  They were THE sorriest looking tulips I’ve ever seen in my life, but they were precious anyway.

    • The only memory I have of Valentine’s Day is when every single person in my branch (even the gay guy) got flowers on Valentine’s Day and I didn’t get a thing! I was so hurt..so I told my crazy sister in law and she came up before we closed with the ugliest, tackiest dead flower arrangement and gave to me so I wouldn’t feel left out.

      I actually loved it...LOL

    • An ex-Bo arranged a wonderful dinner and evening at a nice hotel for us and he did it up in style. Champagne, roses, rose petals leading to the jacuzzi tub filled with bubbles, a nice piece of lingerie he picked out for me to wear, candles, candy the whole nine yards and of course a wonderful body massage if you get my meaning lol.estatic heart

    • February, 1986: my boyfriend and I had just reconciled after a month-long split.  While working, I received one dozen long-stemmed red roses with a very sweet note attached.  I was COMPLETELY shocked and VERY envied by all the girls at the shop!

I married him 3 years later.  happy

    • I was talking about this question with my daughter last night.  She smiled and said, “Buying myself a brand new car!”

I had forgotten it was on Valentine’s day that she went and got her car last year.  Now that kid knows how to make a Valentine’s memory!!!!

    • Feb.14, 2002, my hubby surprised me by giving me  three lovely red fabric-covered boxes nested in graduated sizes; the smallest box held a beautiful new bridal set.

Oh yes, this is my second bridal set from my sweet hubby!heart

    • Joe’s pretty sentimental on Valentine’s Day so admit I’m kind of spoiled. Don’t have a particular memory but they’ve all been sweet.
