Has anyone tried the conditioner-hair cleaner Wen or Hair One?
If so, what do you think?
I finally broke down and ordered it. My experience was horrible! My hair was flat, lifeless and it seemed to wash the color out much faster than regular shampoo.
I felt their website was misleading as it didn’t state ordering automatically signs you up for monthly shipments. When trying to cancel my call was either disconnected or the actual live person I spoke to didn’t enter that I wanted to cancel. I was charged for two more rounds before I had to get the bank involved.
I’ve never spoken to anyone who used the product, next time I will before I buy from those sneaky infomercials!!
The one good thing about Wen, if i chose to go naturally curly, my hair was soft and the curls didn’t frizz. This would be good if I wanted to do that everyday and not worry about all the money I paid for my color!
Good luck on your discovery mission. I know I won’t order again and if my friends ask I will direct them elsewhere.
I’ve heard others say the same thing about their customer service - lack there of. I also was interested in it but didn’t buy it after reading the online reviews. My husband’s neice was about to order it last summer. I should give her a call and see if she liked it or had similar experience.
I have the stuff called Hair One which is reasonable in price (sale at Sally’s $9.99 this month only)...Wen is $49.99...I’ll let you know what I think.
Thanks for your comment.
I saw Chaz Dean (think that is his name) on QVC and he was promoting Wen big time...after hearing about the results, it would be something I would question.
