    • I asked the doc about this and she mentioned something called RLS..restless leg syndrome, this definitely affects me.

    • My feet start to tingle when I’ve been on them for too long.  I’ve heard of RLS but I haven’t been to a Dr. about it.

    • I get the leg jerking at night also.  I would love to know what to do about it without taking any drugs.  I take too many now as it is.

    • If you‘re experiencing cramping as well, try to add potassium, magnesium and calcium supplements. Important to make sure you drink enough water too. Sometimes leg cramping and other issues at night could stem from dehydration.

    • Yes, and it’s due to RLS.  I’ve always had it!  Ask your doc for sure.

    • Make sure to ask about P.A.D. As well.  Mine only get tingly when I am off them for awhile and I’ve been googling the symptoms.

Both RLS and PAD come up. Now I’m ready to ask questions when I go for my appointment.

Let us know what the doc says Mary!

    • I get a strange little night time cramp which causes my toes to bunch and I wake up in pain. I keep pencils nearby so when that happens, I place the pencils between my toes and wait until my toes decide to relax. I always thought it came from the orthotics I wear in my shoes.

Sometimes a good massage helps. Remember all of your body’s nerves end in your feet, and pressure from shoes and weight tend to pinch and cut circulation. Little Moon Essentials has very nice foot lotions, for tired feet, for cold feet and for hot feet all great for massaging. They also have matching baths. The company prides itself on natural ingredients so I highly recommend them.

    • I get the leg jerking also now and then when I’m trying to sleep. It’s awful! It’s like my legs want to get up and do something so therefore I cannot sleep. Let us know how the doctor appt goes and if there’s a medication for that.

    • Thank you so much Ladies!  I thought WTH is going on now.  Of course, there are nerve issues going on in my body which I am aware of, but to add one more thing is quite unsettling.

Thank you Kyah for the Little Moon Essentials product info, will look into that.

Cynthia, the breast surgeon mentioned to me about calcium and Vitamin D supplements, which I did take a while back, but stopped for a bit, because my blood work came back with a very high level of calcium...am also due for my follow-up blood work for everything.

Vikki, thanks for mentioning P.A.D, will bring that up to the doctor.

Tulip, wish the chiropractor could help me, but a few years ago, went to one and he actually injured my neck more..there is still pain through out my C5-6 and C6-7 discs because of the manipulation.

      Thanks again!happyheart
