    • I love creating a meal...like egg plant parm with linguini ailio
or roast beef, mashed potates, gravy, corn bread muffins and asparagus. But...since Ive been changing my eating habits ive only been making chicken breast like with salsa  or tilapia with southwest seasoning...as soon as im back on my feet im going to enjoy learning how to cook with kale and ginger and other healthy items that i am not familiar with but am looking forward to being.

    • I like cooking Indian food. Mostly because there are so many vegetables!

    • My favorite cooking is anything that involves slicing or dicing.  We eat a ton of beef and venison and I love doing that in stir fries, but hubby isn’t so big on eating stir fry.

But I love to bake far more than cook!

    • I just love to cook so there’s no real favorite. I’m Italian and Italian food is a staple in our house. I wish I knew how to fry things a little better. My mother never fried anything so it’s still a mystery to me. I’d love a good recipe for fried chicken!

    • Wish I had a good chicken recipe to give you.  On the rare occassions that we have chicken, hubby cooks, and I don’t know what he does, but it’s good!

    • Aaaaawwwwww I don’t cook much at all! I’m starting to make/bake a few dishes. Meatloaf, garden baked potatoes and chicken in the crockpot are a few dishes I’ve made this year.  Oh yes, I baked cookies for Valentine’s Day!  I’m making progress, slowly but surely.happy

    • Cynthia, making fried chicken is easy, I will post a recipe.

Since hub is a finicky eater, I get very creative with cooking.  Although, breakfast type meals seem to be his favorites..french toast, pancakes, omelets, etc..he is mostly a meat and potato person.

Son and I eat everything (although I eat no red meat), so I can make really interesting meals.

    • Like Cynthia I love cooking and trying new dishes, so no favorite for me. At the moment I met a chef in my workplace. He makes me taste new recipes and helps me solve technical problems I’ve incountered with some dishes and I just thinks that’s awesome.
