Do you plant a vegetable or flower garden or both? What do you plant?
Just a few flowers lately. Would like to do more, maybe after my ankle replacement surgery.
I also mix everything up. I think it’s prettier and it works better for plants and insects too.
This year my son planted a vegetable garden. He planted all kinds of peppers, tomatoes, squash, cabbage and some strawberry plants. I’m thinking of planting a few more tomato plants in large pots just to see which do better. I was told from an avid gardener to plants my herbs around my tomato plant but not mint. He said that would take over.
I have some herbs to plant as well.
Flower gardens we always have and they are done and beautiful.
A mix of everything...have lots of ideas, hoping to get started soon.
