If you are married, have you gone on vacation by yourself or gone on vacation, even if its an over-nighter with some girlfriends?
I have travelled by myself my whole life, married and single. My first husband had no problem with it but Joe really hates it. I just love going off by myself and having some quiet alone time.
I never have, though I would definately love to. I don’t think hubby would go for it, even though he goes on fishing trip vacations alone.
Of course. If I didn’t go without hubby, I’d never go anywhere. Vacationed to Chicago with my youngest daughter. Each year I take a 3 day “working” vacation all by myself. I spent Thanksgiving vacation with my best friend and her aunts and cousins.
Come to think of it, in the 10 years hubby and I have been together, I think we’ve only ever gone away together two or three times and I think those have all been to his mom’s house.

Would love to do a vacation with girl-friends, but the few friends I have here either work full-time, so their time is limited or have so many family commitments that they never can get away. Hub and I do over-night gigs once in a while, but it is not the same. My mom and sister both live out of state, so that is also hard to organize something.
Most of the time, I just go out to my yard and bask in nature!
I do it all the time. Hubby doesnt like to travel and I love it. Went to asia with sister couple years ago. Just went to Florida with one of my best friends. Travel to see sister and family as hubby gets bored
I’ve gone on some women’s retreats with the ladies at church. But the best time I had was with some of my girlfriends, when we went to one’s cabin up in Vermont. It was like a real getaway!
It’s been a while since I’ve gone on vacation with my girlfriends and even longer since I’ve been on vacation by myself.
Yes! My sister and I went last year to ATL without our hubby’s and had a ball.
