    • Well marya1961, I am not sure exactly what your question is, but I will try to answer the best I could.  First, if there is one thing I see/hear over and over from shows such as Clean House, is if you have not used it or worn it w/in a year, you need to toss it. Once you figure that out, then group all like items together.  Have separate piles, one pile for donation, one pile trash, one maybe pile and one keep pile. Then you can, like I mentioned above keep like items together.  Too keep your house tidy everything needs a home and they make tons of things now that can help you organize where everything will have its own place. Try the container store, they are a bit pricey, but have everything or you can be creative. Hope this helps.

    • Thank you for the info!  My biggest dilemma is the fact that we all have small closets and not enough room to add more storage units and I have thrown out everything not worthy of keeping.  The rooms in my house were not designed that well originally, so it takes a lot of time and creative thinking to keep things in place.happy

    • Prioritize:  what do you use most?  Are some things seasonal?  Whatever you use most should be easiest to get to.  Seasonal things may need to be boxed up & put away...OR, do you really need that seasonal item?  Do you have an “every day” item that will do the job?
