Ok, I’m going to get on a soapbox here
There is no coffee in the world that will actually help anyone lose weight.
coffee by itself is a diuretic so it helps with water retention. It has been discovered that coffee is an efficient deliverer of micronutrients like polyphenols, good news there. It can help raise the metabolic rate due to the caffeine but you have to drink a lot of it for that and drinking a lot of coffee will also raise your heart rate.
I Googled them and they claim to have lowered the glycemic index of coffee and buffered the caffeine, turning coffee into a fat burning substance rather than fat storing. This probably stems from a study published by the National Institutes of Health with only 10 Male participants who drank caffeinated and Decaffeinated coffee and then were given high and low glycemic meals. Their insulin resistance was measured and there was some evidence that the caffeinated coffee had an effect on unsulin.
I say, don’t waste your money.

Well what i said was, no coffee in the world is going to help me lose weight when I liberally cream and sugar it.
Cyn, thanks for giving us the science behind why it’s a scam. Common sense tells us that, but it’s good to know the hows and whys.
