Expanding on the previous question, did you ever just sit with friends and play board or card games?
My parents had friends who came over and played cards. I can’t remember the name of the game. I remember a gree table cover though. Does that ring a bell with anyone?
My first husband and I had friends over to play UNO. We’d make a big pot of spaghetti and have a blast. I miss those days.
I love playing games with friends and do so every chance that I get
I don’t with friends so much, but with my parents and the kids. When we all get together we play cards and dice and board games. It’s become something we all look forward to. Hurry up and get dinner finished and the table cleared so we can PLAY.

We have a regular game night every other month with hub and his siblings and their spouses...there are eight of us. We take turns at each home and provide dinner and then a game. We have played all types of board games, and two Fridays ago we had everyone here for an evening of shuffleboard and table top bowling on the table my hub made..we had an excellent time! Hopefully, some of us will learn to play pinochle and that will be fun!
