    • When I go to the store people are leaning against the shelves, standing in the way, pulling out their cell not watching where they‘re going and just chat away. Sometimes I wonder why they‘re there if talking is the focus not shopping. Stay home. I don’t want to hear your problems and swearing. Worst yet are the people with ear pieces. They never seem to cease their conversation too.

I’m not protesting the cell it’s good to have especially for emergency purposes. Perhaps a cell phone etittique class...if there’s such a thing.

    • So true! I see that a lot also. Especially when they are standing in line at the register and the cashier is trying to get their attention but yet they are too busy on the phone and the rest of us waiting in line behind them would like to have our turn and get out of there.

I love my cell phone but I do keep it in my purse when I’m out at a store or restaurant unless like you say, it’s an emergency that you need to use it.

    • I use my cell phone for texting far more than talking and the only reason I take it out in the store is to call home and say “which one did you want?”  or if it’s an important call like a job.

    • I see the kids at school constantly checking their phones. They update their facebook in class, too. what always amazes me is the way they walk around with their heads down looking at their phones. It’s a wonder they don’t trip and fall or run into things more often.

    • I think so unfortunately.  I rarely use my cell phone but it does seem like people are either texting or yapping on their cell phone all the time. frown
