I can’t believe how some people show up for church. It just seems disrespectful to me. What ever happened to “Sunday best?” It doesn’t have to be anything expensive or fancy but clean and neat would be nice. I see people coming in to church with shorts, flip flops, torn jeans......I don’t know maybe it’s just me but it seems wrong.
Some do but others are casual. I personally would not feel comfortable wearing shorts or flip flops. I usually wear jeans but not torn ones.
We‘re all neat and clean, but pretty casual. There are only two of us in our little church that ever actually wear a dress. I think there are only about 2 men that I’ve ever seen wear a suit jacket.

Most church goers that I have seen are clean and neat...the older people wear their Sunday best.
i no longer am an active member of church. however when i was growing up my family taught us to dress in sunday clothes or clothes for church only, make sure our hair was cut and tidy and our nails clipped and cleaned. what is that saying cleanliness is next to godliness something like that....
Some at our church as dressed very nice while the other’s are very casual. No shorts or flip flops but jeans and t’s. When I was a kid my mother used to make us wear dresses and nice shoes. I always hated that as I was a tomboy growing up.
