    • I have no set pattern for breakfast. Sometimes I eat oatmeal, sometimes eggs, sometimes fruit and yogurt, sometimes toast and peanut butter and I’ve even been known to eat leftover soup.

      This morning I had an egg wrapped in a corn tortilla with hot sauce.

    • My usual breakfast now days is one to two pieces of low cal bread with four egg whites and veggies.  I find that it gives me enough protein and keeps me full until mid day.

    • Every weekday morning I make a protein shake consisting of 1 scoop  muscle milk (chocolate), 1 T of peanut butter, 1 banana, 2c milk, and 2c ice cubes.  Blend.  Awesomeness!  Then I share it with my son.

      Weekends I do what I call the “hot mess.”  2 eggs sunnyside up with spinach, mushrooms and onion sauteed alongside them.  Melt a little cheese on the eggs, then put each egg on a toasted english muffin half.  Top with the veggies and splash generously with red hot sauce.  Sooooo good!

    • Coffee or tea. Sometimes I eat cereals, sometimes a banana. When I do sports I eat a muffin or else I nibble all morning.

    • when the weather is colder, my day is going to be hectic-busy or i miss eating the night before, my breakfasts tend to be heavy like an egg, pasta, beef etc.  when it is warm its toast, jam something more light.  cynthia your breakfast sounds delicious

    • My latest breakfast of choice is bacon & pancakes, coffee/orange juice.  Peaches & cream oatmeal is my all-time favorite.

    • Work mornings, a bowl of oatmeal with molasses and a glass of grapefruut juice.  The other mornings, unsweetened yogurt with dried cranberries and nuts and a glass of juice.

    • Most week day mornings it is low fat cereal, 1/2 cup strawberries + banana, acai juice mixed with probiotic, coffee or low fat yogurt mixed with fresh fruit, 1 slice raisin toast with jam, coffee or green tea.

      Weekends it can consist of eggs, 1/2 bagel, fruit or a breakfast sandwich or oatmeal mixed with almonds and cinnamon, coffee, juice.

      Sometimes I am bad and get an Egg McMuffin and hash brown from McDonald.tongue out

    • Whatever is quick n easy. Might be cereal, or toast. Saturday mornings we go to Bob Evans and I have an egg, sausage, buscuit w/ gravy and hash browns, coffee.

    • I have 2:  1/2 C of ea-fiber 1 and 80Cal hi fiber cereal w/ a serving of fresh fruit and almond milk or:

      2 slices double fiber bread.  one has 1 tbsp low-fat p-nut butter and 1 tsp honey and the other has 1 tbsp lite margarine w/ a homemade cinnamon sugar w/ splenda replacing the sugar.  Also with fresh fruit

      have both w/ some coffee.

    • Since last June, i eat exactly the same thing every single morning.  I eat an Atkins breakfast bar and coffee...without fail.  Before last June, i would enjoy a muffin and coffee each morning but, as i have learned, carbohydrates have made and kept me fat for my entire adult life!
