I sent the products back in one week. He will not refund me because the seals are broken. His website says he will give refunds back if you send back within 14 days, but the fine print says only on unopened containers. I’ve emailed with him, but he stopped answering, won’t even return the products back to me.
Since the fine print says that about the seals being broken, you‘re probably out of luck as far as the $200.
I would contact the business bureau and the attorney general’s office in your state and make sure they know about the whole set up.

I agree with Tulip. I’d contact the BBB or the attorney general’s office in your state. I’d also post a bad review on Yelp. His fine print is dishonest and misleading. How many people would order something like that and then return it for a full refund without even giving it a try? What he’s doing is dishonest.

Well I did send a complaint to the BBB days ago, have not heard back, and his business is not accredited with them. I also am having my bank dispute it, not sure if anything will come out of it since the fine print says all returns must have original seals (how stupid). Will update if anything happens, thanks
