Ive heard that men go through some sort of menopause/midlife crisis. What’s your take on it??
Well Tracy, at least it wasn’t Mercedes born in 1981. lol
Mine’s been in Midlife crisis 1 year shortly after our marriage and it still likes the energizer bunny.....keeps going and going.
I think they do. That is when they usually buy their toy car or have an affair. My husband bought a 1981 mercedes that HE DID NOT NEED! That was his midlife crisis.
It would make sense, since their testosterone starts to decline ( not fast enough for me ! ) LOL
I love leadinlady’s answer......our “crisis” involves hot flashes and migraines and theirs involve cars or something “meaningful” . ( For my husband it was a very expensive computer and music recording stuff ! )
Lori - you got that right - lol! If it was he would be in BIG trouble!
Waxwing - thank you for reminding me. He also subscribed to sirrus radio the same year. The system is all set up and he is so proud that he can put the control thing in his car and get all the stations.
Everytime we have company he has to show it off and explain about the millions of channels he can get - lol.
YES, they absolutely do! My oldest brother is going through it right now and he has lost his mind he has left his wife in destitute while he goes off frolicing in Vegas with some other ding bat.

LeadingLady..I’ll make a deal with you ! When my husband writes a hit song, we’ll have your husband play it his system !! LOL
Is that what my husband going thru right now??? He has lost his mind buying electronics lately—2 flatscreen HD tv’s in a months time—??? A new laptop, (already has a desktop), and a new playstation 3, but when I ask for a simple Tiffany’s necklace, that’s out of the question!! Oh, and he has had the satellite radio for quite sometime, and also has a neverending collection of dvd’s and video games!! All meaningless if you ask me.....
Wow Tracy, that sounds like one of those lifetime movies...sorry to hear that....I also think mine has a period, at least once every other month, no bleeding (LOL) just alot of b!tch a$$ness (if I can say that)!!
I totally agree monnalissa!! My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and I requested a simple piece of jewelry (a tiffany’s necklace, hehehehe) and he acted like I cussed him out!! How dare I ask for a birthday gift and Christmas just passed?? LOL
Yeah, teeky, but his sugar mama doesn’t have to be ! LOL
I always tell my husband....if he wants to have an affair - go ahead, just make sure she cleans, babysits, and is rich because here in Massachusetts I get half plus LOTS of child support !
My first ex must be going through it at some degree, ‘cause he cut off all his hair and he thinks he looks hot and he put an earring in his ear. On top of that he keeps making passes at me when his frumpy wife is at the house waiting for him to come back home so she can nag him to death.
My soon to be next ex is just plain immature with no real direction, job hopping, livin’ with my momma again, 44 year old ass.........

Storyseeker, You answer for some reason was put in the middle of these and yet kind of out of sequence. I always enjoy a male prospective.
