    • If it wasn’t for gardening, I’d hate summer with a grand passion.  It’s too hot to do anything, and there is too much pollen in the air.

    • Hiking for sure! And often times we just head down to the resorts in Wailea or Kaanapali and walk along the boardwalk then stop for a smoothie. I guess you could say it’s summertime over here all the time - at least down by the beaches.

      Celebrating the 4th of July with family-returning to our hometown for the parade, BBQ and seeing old friends!
      Planning/Hosting our older daughter’s Birthday Party has always been exciting
      Vacationing in another State have been past summertime activities.

    • Hanging out in a park all day... Preferably one on an all access lake. Boating, gardening, festivals.... But it’s so dang hot here to do some of those things and then there are no lakes nearby......

      So then...... GO TO MICHIGAN.... Where I can do all those things and experience mutiiply seasons in one week.
