I seem to be in a real dinner rut. Cooking the same thing over and over. Any ideas on quick, healthy and easy dinners after work?
I like to toss a salad and put some grilled meat on top. Last night we had caesar with grilled flank steak. It was delicious. You live in a pretty warm area, too! Grilling outside may be the way to go.
any salad - to make salad less boring add croutons, nuts or fruit. and cold meat..smoked chicken, corn silverside, ham, salami, spanish sausage..have fun, make it colourful with various food textures - at the moment i cant eat enough garlic, herbs and mexican spice.
