Do you think of your birthday as a special day or just another day? Do you do anything special for yourself for your birthday?
For me my birthday is just another day and a realization that I’m older. However, my daughter was born on my birthday and that is so special to me. She wants to celebrate our birthday by doing something together. Last year we went to an arts museum and had dinner. Her friends give her a celebration on another day.
Your idea of a spa day sounds great!
My Birthday is a very special ocassion for me. I always treat myself to something special on that day and I do make a big deal out of it to my family making sure they know just how important it is to me.

I don’t make a big deal out of it, but it makes me feel good when my family does.
Your birthday should be a special day for you, while any other day should be any other day. You have to make your birthday special for you because IT IS YOUR DAY! Take some time off from work, go to a spa, get a manicure, pedicure, facial, do something on that day that you would not do ordinarily on any other day. Your birthday is your day and don’t ever forget that!
It’s not a big deal to me. Mom always wants to make a big deal out of my birthday. Unless there is cake or pie involved, I don’t care about anybody’s birthday very much.

Not the biggest deal for me, but I like to do for others on their birthdays.
its a big deal for me but not my family and thats ok. i make it my do anything anytime for that one day. no housework, no children, and usually little sleep from midnight onwards. i indulge cake, biscuits, lollies all those food things that one should have little of or restrict. i love my birthday its my day to be mad mad crazy without a care
My birthday’s special to me and my family. It’s generational that we celebrate one another!
I gift myself on my birthday if there’s something I want or somewhere special I’d like to go. Murmurings and planning for my day are started weeks ahead by my daughters although I’m not suppose to understand the secretive phone calls, looks being exchanged and “code talk” being done when they‘re in my presence.lol
Now, you’ve got me excited and thinking about my birthday and it’s not ‘til December!

My birthday is special and we will be in Ocean City, Maryland next week for mine. Hub and son always give me a card, either take me to dinner or make a special dinner, buy me flowers or we are on a vacation of some kind...so looking forward to the beach and a frozen margarita.
the older I get it seems just like another day to me. But my hubby does take me out to a nice dinner
