When was the last time you got a massage? Do you get them on a regular basis?

It should not be treated as a treat. It should be viewed as regular maintenance to your overall health. If done regularly and properly it will minimize any illnesses, keep your circulation going, amount other things.
When I do mine regularly I have very few sinus issues, cramps, or headaches.
Some insurances also will cover a portion of the cost. And some chiropractors are incorporating it into their adjustments.
