    • I got one yesterday for my birthday!  It was great!  I wish I could get them on a regular basis.  As of right now, they are a treat I give myself on special occassions like Mother’s Day and my birthday.

    • I think I answered this recently so excuse me if I repeat myself....

It should not be treated as a treat. It should be viewed as regular maintenance to your overall health. If done regularly and properly it will minimize any illnesses, keep your circulation going, amount other things.

When I do mine regularly I have very few sinus issues, cramps, or headaches.

Some insurances also will cover a portion of the cost. And some chiropractors are incorporating it into their adjustments.

    • I agree with Vikki, they should be a regular thing for maintaining good health.  That said, a regular massage just isn’t in my budget.  I’d say I get one about every six months and go to the chiropractor every two months.  My insurance doesn’t pick up on either one.

    • Never had a massage, but I should give it a try. As some of the ladies mentioned a regular massage is not affordable for me too.

    • I had a massage last month. Yes it can add up but I have learned to incorporate it in other means. My massage chair I use regularly, as well as my foot massage machine. both are great and help me to maintain
