I hesitate supporting any sort of cleanse. Our bodies have good bacteria that builds up in our colons to fight infection, help to digest carbohydrates and help us absorb nutrients. When we rid ourselves of toxins our bodies don’t deliniate between the toxins and the healthy flora.
I’ve been looking into them too but am hesitant for the reasons Cynthia mentioned. If you do it let us know how it goes.

I have not tried one for so long a period. I have used the Arden Garden two day detox and I enjoyed it. I stick to there recommendation and if I get hungry I eat raw vegetables.
I take a probiotic on a daily basis in a liquid form and it certainly does a very good job cleansing out the colon and that way the good flora stays put...try Good Belly.
Thx Mary!
