What are your favorite fruits and how do you use them in recipes?
Mangos, kiwi fruit, peaches and bananas are my favorites. I’ll be making a banana pudding soon. I’ll be searching for recipes for the other fruits for future reference.

i like most fruits raw but when i feel like a sweet treat i will fry a ripe banana in butter sprinkle with brown sugar while still in the pan then have that on a slice of toast with shredded coconut on top. or i might cook apples and have that on toast with raisins
That sounds good, Nita! I love all fruit, and luckily have had the opportunity to try many different ones via our Whole Foods Market.
I like pears, bananas, apples, watermelon. I make a fruit smoothie for breakfast using all kinds of fruits and dark Choc almond milk in the blender, it’s very good.
My favs are: cherries, strawberries, cantalope, plums, nectarines, oranges, lemons, kiwi, pineapples. I don’t so a lot of cooking with any of them only smoothies with some of them.

I love fruits and veggies of most kinds! easier to say which ones I don’t like-persimmons and kumquats. ick
My favorite fruits are bananas, strawberries, mango, nectarines, and tangerines. I don’t use them in cooking, just in smoothies or toppings for shortcake or ice cream.
Strawberries, I eat with a strawberry dressing that is so delish!
Peaches, I add to cottage cheese
Avocado, I make avocado sandwiches or add them to a salad.
I love a lot of different fruits, kiwi fruit, peaches, Strawberries,Avocado, nectarines, cherries, strawberries, plums, limes, lemons, grapes, aprociots, and pineapples to bane a few.
I cook beef a lot and make limeade or lemonade with lime or lemon. I eat Avocado with just olive oil and lemon, in -Tex-Mexican foods or on salad.
I usually eat the rest either plain, in desserts or consume them in smoothies or in homemade ice cream or sorbet
