    • I had it in my shoulder,  the Dr gave me a shot there and it cleared up. Cortizone maybe? I can’t remember .

    • Yes, I’ve got it in my shoulder.  But I“m the “nobody is sticking no needle into me!!!” sort.  It’s not the first time I’ve had it by any means, but with my job, it’s just a lot more troublesome this time.

    • I don’t have an incouraging story. I had few shots that didn’t help, followed up by surgery that didn’t really help either.

One thing you might want to try is go on a very clean diet. Detox followed by no glutten. no dairy and no sugar. (no life either) However, that might do the trick. Try it for two weeks, you usually see results within the first week.

I did, but I’m not going to lie, it’s hard....

    • I’ve gone that route Yana.  It stinks, but it helps my health in general enormously.  I do very well going gluten free for weeks on end and then it all falls apart.   Trying to think if the bursitis flared up about the time I started eating wheat again.

    • Rest, cold packs, anti-inflammatory meds are the easiest ways..trust me I deal with inflammation every day of my life and those three things are the best treatments.

Yana is right when she mentions the diet, I do much better with a clean diet, which is what I stick to 95% of the time.  Hope you feel better!heart
