    • 1) Make sure social security funds are secure and available to anyone who has ever paid in.

      2) Bring our troops home from everywhere and put them to work guarding our borders and cleaning up gangs and crime in the big cities.

      3) Bring manufacturing back to the USA.

    • I would agree with TL!

But i would also put some focus on the education here in public schools.

    • I would have to debate you on that one Vikki.  I don’t think there is anything that can be done for schools on a national level without making a mess of it.  What works in say Memphis isn’t something that’s neccessarily going to work in a rural school with 16 graduating seniors.

    • TL I don’t disagree with you on that? I just think we need to help our kids have as many advantages available to them regardless of  economic class. I would like our kids to be better equipped to compete for jobs that are being given to foreigners with better education.

    • There is NO income tax in NV - I think it should be that way in ALL States. A big business - and the very wealthy can contribute. Not having children of my own I believe parents with kids should contribute to schools -my money should go to a chairity of my choice when possible.  Better healthcare-pre-existing conditions should always be accepted-eventually we all have them!

    • I like T’s answers a lot, may I add a major reform to the Welfare system, which in my opinion has been taken advantage of for decades...it started out just being a helping hand to those in dire need, then suddenly it became a major income for many people who chose to be lazy for generations..which then feeds into the drug and alcohol situation...it is a BIG mess!  Ask my sister who lives in NY state, very difficult on the average wage earner to get a break on taxes, it is a vicious circle....and scary, but our present president would love to see all of us being indebted to him, a Socialist government...just my personal thinking!
