    • This has been a usual two weeks of sickness for me when I get a sinus infection, it has been longer in the past, but luckily with the use of probiotics, anti-inflammatory medicine, nasal steroid spray and basically sleeping for the past two weeks, it is starting to subside.  I feel so bad for other people that suffer with this.heartbreak

    • Yes, I have suffered with 3 or 4 sinus infections a year for the past 15 yrs. (Ever since I quit smoking) I always start with nasal spray and Tylenol Sinus pills but usually end up on antibiotics after they won’t go away. They are awful, I feel for you Mary and hope you are back to normal soon heartbreak

    • I have chronic sinus infection.  I don’t bother doing anything for it anymore.  I drink lots of water to keep things flowing and stay on my allergy meds.  That’s all I can do.  It’s been my experience that antibiotics are utterly useless.
