    • I ask because I’ve been buying supplements for awhile now from a women’s health clinic in Maine. Dr. Christianne Northrup is one of the founders of the clinic. They have a lot of different supplement options and I’ve tried several. I like to take something for 6-8 weeks and then switch to something else for a month or so. Do you take supplements? Do you take the same ones all the time?

    • I only take Vitamin D3 1000 iu every day as per my breast surgeon, apparently my levels were dangerously low, so they had me on a regimen of two a day for many months.  Recent blood work showed a higher level, but still near the lower end of normal.  I can not take multi vitamins, as it causes extreme dizziness and disorientation in me, so I supplement with the healthiest organic food I can find.

    • I do not take supplements, because they always make me feel bad ( dizzy, nauseous) so I try to focus on getting what I need by eating clean, natural, and healthy.

    • I do take four supplimentals regularly... Multivitamin, Calcium w/D, Black Chohosh and B12.  I will take potassium when I experience muscle cramps and C when I feel run down for a month at a time.  

      I joke about taking alot of vitamins to prevent from needing to much medication when I get older.  So far it seems to be working... I have no health issues.  My bloodwork routinely comes back normal.

    • The only thing I take is D now and then.  I should take it much more regularly, but I forget.
