With it being New Year’s Day, did you cook a traditional meal? What was your menu for today?
That sounds good! Joe’s got a rack of ribs on the grill right now. I think I’ll make a salad to go with it.
Hub made a prime rib (bone in), roasted potatoes, green beans for himself and son.
I had baked salmon in lemon butter glaze, broccoli and a couple of the potatoes.
Did make homemade brownies for dessert..yum!
