    • must have with me at most times an mp3 player with fav music.  take extra vit. d, have good quality chocolate, maintain a bit of fitness like a brisk 10 min walk most mornings, go to a salon for an all over massage at least once every fortnight, wear more often beautiful perfume, go to something hilarious that makes u laugh.....

    • If it were not for this Fibromyalgia that I live with day in and day out and have to be on meds, then more than likely I would be taking a high impact aerobics class, but the pain would kill me.

      Otherwise, reading some health magazines, along with a true crime novel, tending to my houseplants (starting a terrarium, but still looking for an inexpensive container), taking care of my small pet and fish tank, taking care of our bird feeders in the yard, son is home early in the day before work so we yap about politics estatic, do stretches and dance to my favorite disco music, talk to my sister on the phone, plan my menu for the week and try different food concoctions...am I getting lengthy?estatic

    • No real winter blahs here but sometimes I just feel bogged down and sad in general. Eventually I work through it by taking some extra time for myself or having lunch with a girlfriend.
