    • Well in my opinion, if you have a great body and great legs I think it’s safe to say until the aging of the body takes place. But realistically around 60.

    • well i think if u have lots of confidence and love minis whatever size u r then go for it.  i see no age or size limitation.  what annoys me the most are those what i call nasties who feel it is their right to tell a bigger size women that she should not wear that kind of clothing.....ohhhh....a silly subject to argue about hhhhhmmmmtongue out  bye for now

    • Interesting answers all.

I agree that size does not matter, but some women just simply don’t have a figure that looks nice in a mini.  I have a daughter who weighs 285# and she looks fabulous in a mini skirt.  I weigh considerably less and simply don’t look good in a mini skirt.

The consensus among the women at work was that women over 40 shouldn’t because they just look like they‘re trying too hard.
A couple men said, it depends on the woman.

It was a silly arguement in the first place because nobody around here wears mini skirts anyway except maybe a few teenagers.

    • I wore mini skirts all the time from my teen years through my forties.  Now that I am 51, it feels a bit strange, although I work hard at my figure, the style is just not made for a middle aged woman, but I am trendy and hip, just feel length is important at a certain age..just my feeling about it.

    • I agree with Neicy. But at the same time I would say 45. I use to wear a lot of mini jean skirts up until I reached 43 and then I stopped. I just organized my closets last week and found my mini skirts and I thought to myself, I really don’t feel like I should be wearing those anymore. So I packed them away so I could get rid of them. I just couldn’t picture myself ever wearing them again. Although I don’t plan on dressing like an old lady, I just get cold more often and dress warmer...lol
