    • I have always kept a journal. I carry it every where I go and I call it my “Positive Journal“. Only positive quotes and thoughts are written in my journal so I can stay focused on staying positive in a world that can be so negative. estatic

    • I have a self improvment journal that I write in when needed, which means when I start painting the world in black.

I would like to start a gratitude diary that I would do daily, but not sure how to do it. I mean, I see no point in doing it if it is to mechanically write down the same things over and over again without REALLY feeling grateful about them at that exact moment. Some days Gratitude comes easy, others I can’t seem to find it. Somehow doing the gratitute dairy here helped because I could see what others were grateful for and that remainded me of things I sometimes take for granted in my life. Maybe I’ll try to revive it...
