    • Breakfast meals which according to hub are his favorites..eggs, hash browns, fruit, toast, ham or french toast with sausage, fruit.

Skillet meals are becoming a favorite too..ordered a few skillet meals from Wildtree, an organic food company and the chicken blend seasoning was awesome, even though I cooked it in the oven, it was boneless and skinless chicken and cooked quickly.  Tomorrow night is beef stroganoff with thin egg noodles and a spinach salad.

Do you have a crock pot?  Anything and everything can be cooked in there and you can start it early in the morning and it will be ready by dinner time...and the smell of the food is awesome..try a small beef roast, throw in some potatoes and whatever veggies you like, a can of beef broth, enough water to cover it and let it slow cook for eight hours.

    • I just start throwing stuff in a frying pan.  The other night I had a package of sausage that needed to be used up, so I chunked up some potatoes and fried it all together.

    • @ Dianne - I’m kinda bored with the food as well but our kids are very picky eaters and when we usually eat other stuff they just eat cereal. frown
