I just finished “Slaughterhouse Five” which was a complete waste of my time.
I’ve got a Terry Pratchett novel laying here that I’m just itching to start, but the dog or hubby or phone interupts me every time I pick it up.

I hate when that happens. Most books start slow so you need total concentration to get thru it

I have a few different books on my kindle going right now. One is Dave Ramsey, others are ...21 days to extreme selfcare, secrets to true happiness , unaccountable what hospitals won’t tell you, simple living, and more.
Diane, I really like Dave Ramsey. I listen to his radio show sometimes while I’m driving home.
Right now, at this very moment, I’m reading “Medical-Surgical Nursing” by Lewis. Sounds riveting doesn’t it?![]()

It sounds absolutely horrible Cynthia! But, you‘re reading with a purpose and end goal in mind, so that makes it worth it.

I’m not reading anything right now, but next week I plan to start a book, The Miracles of Jesus - Meditations and Prayers for Lent by Wessel Bentley.
I’m still reading Game of Thrones. I’ve been reading this series for the past year and a half. I have 500 pages to go in the last novel. Part of me will almost be glad to finish it because there are so many good books out there, but after so much time with these characters, I feel like they are part of the family and I will miss them.
I also just finished one called “Daughters of the North“, one on medicine wheel gardening, and another Patrick McManus book.
I also found out the library in town loans e-books, so I’ll be reading a lot more on my Nook.
If the kids would ever shut up over lunch hour, I’d get finished reading Nancy Reagan’s memiors. It’s been a really good read. I’ve read memiors or biographies of quite a few first ladies. All have been interesting.

My own, I’ve begun writing in it again to try and get it finished lol.
I’m reading “trash” books...![]()
and I can’t even tell you the titles.....
None.
I’m writing the third of my historical series, while editing the first two. And believe me, it’s a headache!
