    • She has experience from other schools and it’s her first year at our school. Her leadership is good because she has fixed some problems left by our former boss. However, she has her likes and dislikes of employees and let it be known. So many of us feel disrespected and many have quit.

    • My manager is smart, quick and generally very sharp.  But he’s always in a hurry and he’s soooo young.

The asst manager is sometimes, well most of the time, dumb as a post.  But he’s people smart.  He knows who is going to work well together. and he manages to keep everything moving. He’s also very good at surrounding himself with people he knows are smarter than himself, so he can use their ideas or ask for their help.

    • My manager is a good leader however she can be nit-picky at times.  She is very accessible and organized and good with dealing with politics in our organization.
