    • There were three different events going on yesterday but we didn’t go to any of them.  Our FIOS line accidentally got cut Friday afternoon so we were w/o cable, phone, and Internet most of the weekend.  Yesterday afternoon the Verizon guy showed up to fix it.

We just had a quiet dinner at home.  My husband doesn’t like to go out when it’s crowded at restaurants.

    • Not a big deal here.  I went over to visit my dad for a couple hours.  My younger kids didn’t bother to acknowledge their father nor their stepfather yesterday.  I wasn’t going to nag them about it either.  They‘re adults now, they can choose which holidays to be part of.

    • We had all of  the fathers in the family over. It was a a great day, but today I’m exhausted frown

In my family we celebrate everything estatic

Just another reason to get together and catch up, but I’ve definitely noticed how hard it is lately to have so many people over.  I guess I’m aging frown

    • Our son worked on Sunday, but when he came home, presented his dad with a card and two of his favorite movies.  We had a nice BBQ too!
