    • Lately, none of the movie rentals appeal to me. I was aching for a good book so my daughter gave me the first 2 Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events and I enjoyed reading it. I know that the books are more for children, but I’ll stick with it until I find something else. I forgot that we had the DVD so we’ll watch it.

    • I think I have at least 4 books in progress.  I’m reading an old Erma Bombeck book, “When you look like your passport photo, it’s time to go home“, also an Anne McCaffery book, a James Michener book, and something in my locker at work that I’ve forgotten the name of because it’s not very good.

    • No books. I did go see the movie Heat. It was very funny. It has Melissa Mccathy and Sandra Bullock in it.

    • I saw an old movie, Pretty in Pink this weekend.  And I just ordered a book written by Molly Ringwald about turning 40.  It has gotten good reviews on Amazon and I’m looking forward to reading it.  I also will be reading A Cry in the Night and Remember Me - both by Mary Higgins Clark.  These are murder mysteries but not too graphic.  2 of my favorite books by her.

    • The last good book I read was the Valerie Bertinelli autobiography which was excellent...her life with Eddie Van Halen was very very difficult on her, but it made her stronger.

I may look up some books by Anne Rice and also a couple from a true crime writer, forget her name, but she knew Ted Bundy very well.ohhhh

I have Netflix, so I order anything from comedy to drama to horror.  I am going to see The Conjuring on Sunday by myself.ohhhh
