    • Two weeks ago when I had an eye infection I was absent for 4 days in a row. I got a doctor’s permission to return on the 4th day. However, on my way to work on the 4th day I felt nauseated and once I got to work I didn’t feel good and a coworker said I looked pale. So I told an office assistant that I need to leave. Yesterday I had to take a personal leave which an approval is not required.

So today the new boss calls me in for a meeting to discuss my excessive absences. Unfortunately, it may be a lot within a few weeks, but people get sick and people have to take care of personal matters. She tells me several people came to her to say that I’m purposely doing this to get out of work. WHAT THE F***! Of course, I didn’t say that to her. There’s proof that I really had an eye infection - a coworker saw and I actually went to the doctor. She believes the several people, but not me. Then she tells me that if I ever get sick even for one day I must bring in a doctor’s slip (it’s required for 3 days).

I have no idea who the several people are who got me into trouble, but I may just have to get another job. Because of this I certainly don’t want to face my coworkers, but I have to grin and bear it. frownheartbreak

    • Linda, I went through the same thing on my job, and the way things are in the world today most people put up with the same drama on their job as well, but as we know the devil is busy, but he has no victory over the children of God. He has already been defeated at the cross, so give no place to those who allow themselves to be used by the enemy, again smile, hold your head high, love those who dispitefully misuse you and treat you bad, in doing the right thing heaps coals of fire over their heads.

Karma is something else lol. Let god do the bidding for you!
Vengeance is his, so says The Lord!!!
