    • The first one I went to NO.  She seemed very uninterested in my plight of depression which was affecting my school work.  At one point in time in our sessions she nodded off.

My second time around it was so enlightening and I actually felt empowered.  I encourage you if you ever encounter a bad experience donot let it deter you for seeking out another person it will worth it.  Good luck.

    • Thank you Brimstone! My first appointment was today and I feel she is interested in helping me. However, the first session was a chunk of money since the annual deductible wasn’t used yet. The next session will not be as much and I hope there won’t be too many sessions.

At the closing, she felt that I should go to my primary care doctor and get anxiety meds. I didn’t like that.

Thank you for your compassion. heart
