    • I do! I use exercise to relieve stress and when I miss my workouts, I really feel it. I like to put the TV on and get on my treadmill. I lose myself in whatever program I’m watching and the time goes quickly. In fact, it’s probably the only time I get to watch a program all the way through since I’ve been in nursing school. I combine my treadmill with weight lifting because I don’t want to lose bone density now that I’m nearly 3 years post-menopausal.

    • I confess I’ve stop exercising over a month ago, but now I’m back on riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes as I watch TV. Leg lifts and situps are also in my exercise routine. It does make a difference when you‘re stressed and helps keep you toned.

    • I wish I could do more. Ever since my ankle surgery, I do good to walk when it’s necessary . I do try to do some floor exercises  though.

    • I like to be up and doing.  Have to admit I’m not crazy about exercise as such.

    • I exercise all the time, but to say that I like it would be a lie estatic

    • I move around constantly, but to do actual resistance exercise is not possible with my pain issues.

I walk, do gentle stretches, squats..and use my broom constantly to sweep, and let me tell you that really keeps the upper body toned and the corner of my world clean.heart

    • I do enjoy exercising.  I especially enjoy my group fitness classes at the studio because it’s a fun environment and the instructors are very encouraging and motivating. happy  I also do exercise at the gym and walk with the kids though.
