    • I definitely have. I have been working out with weights for most of my adult life but find it more difficult these days to keep my muscle tone and definition. My arm are flabbier which is really weird. I lift weights nearly every day.

    • I work at a very physical job, so it keeps my muscles in shape, but I certainly notice a difference in stamina.  It seems like staying in over-all good physical condition is harder as I get older.

    • yes me too at 50.  have been reading up on foods that helps testosterone levels - garlic, beans, meat, vit a etc....as for flabby arms a hard spot like the tummy as one moves into menopause. just have to be the more mindful of what goes in your mouth vs your exertion i guess....im still figuring out a better balance.  i like food hhhmmm

    • Yes, I do. If I don’t keep up the exercising as well as healthy eating it shows on my hips and tummy. It seems impossible to get rid of my flabby arms. tongue out

    • I have noticed poor muscle strength in the area around my lower back and abdomen, so I am careful with food intake and try to gently tighten that area as pain is a huge issue for me.

My arms have never been a problem, thank God!ohhhh

    • A friend of my who is an MD practicing anti-aging medicine after meeting me first time in twenty years and seeing how ADD I became suggested I check my testosterone levels.  He said that all women over forty are very low and even though one might we within the “protocol levels” it is still not enough.

My test came back lower than low. My doctor gave me a testosterone pallet.

      Ladies WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

I encourage everyone to get tested.
