    • Bullying is never ever tolerated. First tell the child’s teacher and school counselor. If that doesn’t work go to the principal and he/she better do something about it such as talk to both the bully and the parent. If it still continues I’ll contact the school district’s superintendent. I hope the bully or bullies get kicked out of school!

    • exactly-our dd was bullied and I went to the teacher first.  the boy doing it was in every program the school had and still bullied kids both verbally and physically.  The principal said she had tried everything.

The family actually had so many restraining orders put on the boy that they had to leave the neighborhood.

I said they could either protect my daughter or my law suit would be to the boy/family, the school, the teacher/principal and the superintendent who seemed to be protecting the rights of a bully instead of the innocents.

Imagine how fast they told the parents to put the boy in a private school dealing with other problem children.

they claimed racism-but could they deny the photos of our daughter’s softball sized black/blue hip, her broken lunch pail, the boy down the street that I witnessed (along w/ about 5 other parents)getting cut and needing 8 stitches in his hand from the sliced beer can.  The dad (6‘4“) coming to the bus stop to intimidate the kids?  could they refute what he said to me (in the presense of all the kids and my husband) saying he’d like to cut off my dress and “take a look at what’s inside“?

      never, ever tolerate bullies.  Never.
