    • I know my lead meant it has constructive criticism, but I felt a little defensive. She wasn’t hard on me just helping with her expertise, yet now I feel she may think I can’t do the job.

    • In the past, when I worked at a couple of hospitals, when our supervisor instructed us with anything, they (women) were usually fair and I accepted it as constructive.  I can’t say the same about some fellow employees though.ohhhh

    • If my boss gave me constructive criticism, I’d take it as a intended. (which reminds me, evaluation time is upon us)

If my asst manager did it, I’d blow up at him and tell him what to go do with himself because I know my job better than he does.

    • I take criticism well or not depending on the person delivering it. If I trust the person, respect them, and feel they know what they are talking about, I appreciate the feedback. If they‘re just expressing an opinion with no credibility, well, I don’t like that and don’t respond well to ittongue out

    • I’m the same way Cynthia.  If someone who actually knows what they are talking about makes a suggestion to me, I’m inclined to listen.
