    • I ask because for the past three years I’ve been enmeshed in school. One year of prerequisites and two years on nursing school. I graduate tomorrow, start back to work at the campus health center on Monday, and will take the RN board exam sometime in July, most likely. With school over, the first thing I thought of was, “what’s next?” My health has suffered during nursing school. I haven’t exercised like I usually do, I’ve put on some weight, I’ve not slept well, I’ve had a lot of stress, and it shows. I told my husband this week that I’m now going to go after resuming my pre-school level of health and fitness with the same gusto I put into nursing school. But, as far as my question goes, I tend to tackle one thing at a time and let other aspects of my life go on the back burner. I guess I’m not as good at multitasking as I thought I was.estatic

    • The thought of tackling one difficult task at a time overwhelms me. So I’m a lots of easy stuff “to do” list person. Once it gets done I cross it off and I’m happy when it all gets done.  However, sometimes just one or two things are crossed off and it has been like that for a couple of weeks. tongue out

    • I guess I’m somewhere in between.  I tend to have a lot of things started and not much finished.

    • As I get older, I don’t want to take on any more than I can handle, plus dealing with a chronic health issue puts a damper on things, so I am like Linda..a small list of easy tasks and it all gets done a little at a time.  I got a lot done during the winter as we were snowed in most of the time.ohhhh

    • I am not good at multitasking and like to work on one thing at a time.  This is true even at work.  There is a woman at work who loves having a lot on her plate, but then she gets all stressed out.  I would rather just have a few things.  I do not like being overwhelmed.
