    • Even though I should go healthy and make a fruit smoothie my mind is on milkshake. To reduce calories I can still have a milkshake made w/ skim milk and light ice cream or frozen yogurt. Well, I forgot to buy the ice cream or frozen yogurt. Another weekend...

    • Linda, lately with these health issues, I have been scouring food websites to find healthy alternatives..it is hard, and milkshakes are so refreshing...I used to love Dairy Queen milk shakes years ago.  I have found a recipe for a green healthy smoothie on Dr. Ben Kim’s website...his site is excellent!
